Although the original canvas was packaged very well and secure, it was somehow damaged during shipment. I notified the seller about the damage and he was kind enough to send me another - I didn't even need to send back the original. The piece is high quality and looks fantastic. Overall positive experience and would recommend / buy again. Great customer service!

The print is great quality. We had an issue with shipping with a problem on our end. Despite it not being their fault, the still helped us with the issue, communicated in a clear and timely manner and even helped us get a new print as a curtesy to us. I communicated with the merchant about what I was looking for and I am thinking he/she did not understand English well enough. I was looking for a specific size and asked if this would look okay. He /she said it would be fine so I ordered it custom in that size. Then, I received something that was the wrong size for me and was told it wouldn't look good in the size I ordered. So I basically couldn't use it. The net is, don't ask for custom pieces.

Great buy. A good canvas from the point of view of colour. A local framer has block mounted it with a black edge and it looks sensational behind the sofa in our study. It arrived in good time and was well packed in a tube. I would definitelt recommend this seller.

On receiving my order confirmation it stated delivery would take 3 to 4 weeks. It was for a birthday in 2 weeks time.
